  • 4 large all butter croissants
  • 4 thick slices of gruyere cheese
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 2 sliced figs
  • Pinch of thyme leaves
  • Simply heat the oven to 160C and split the croissants in half through the middle. Stuff with the cheese, a few slices of fig and the prosciutto, then add a grind of pepper and a sprinkle of thyme, add the top half of the croissant and bake for 10 mins or until the cheese has melted. The perfect brunch or elegant lunch item!
