What comes to your mind when you think of Provence? Sunny fields of purple lavender, Roman architecture crumbling into ancient riverbeds, rustic, aromatic cuisine, and of course, some of the best rosé wines in the world.

The winery Château de Brigue is one which knows what it’s talking about when it comes to rosé - for over forty years now, the Brun family have been tending their vineyards and producing exquisite pink wines, which have picked up awards, accolades and general critical praise more or less consistently since they started.

Today, Château de Brigue is run by the third generation of the Brun family, and brothers Jean-Michel, Christian, Olivier and Frederic are bringing this beautiful winery into the twenty-first century with their eyes on reaching a new, international audience of rosé lovers.

Château de Brigue is an expanding winery, and currently covers an impressive 120 hectares of prime Cotes du Provence vineyards. The region is ideal for viticulture - here, you have the blazing sunshine which makes the Cotes d’Azur such a haven for those looking to top up their tans among the beautiful people in Saint Tropez, as well as the cooling sea breezes which the Brun family know bring out the balance and acidity in their fine grapes.

Gorgeous summery wines, from the spiritual home of rosé. What more could you ask for?
